Self-Adhesive Hollow Frame Foam Pad for Breathable Membrane Installation
Made of premium black foam via precise die-cutting, this hollow frame foam gasket comes with self-adhesive backing and white release liner to protect adhesive during storage. Users can peel off the liner for quick sticking.
The hollow center is reserved to mount waterproof breathable membrane, and the outer foam frame seals assembly gaps to block water and fine dust from entering equipment interiors. Matched with vent membrane, it balances internal and external cavity air pressure to prevent shell bulging or water leakage caused by thermal expansion.
Soft and resilient foam fits tightly under compression with stable adhesive performance against peeling at normal temperature. Neat cutting without burrs, widely used as matching sealing part for breathable membrane installation on various electronic housings.
